Tactile path at the Galileo Museum
A guided tour with tactile reproductions of scientific instruments, a guide in Braille with tactile reproductions of images and one for the visually impaired persons, both in Italian and in English, and a display of vintage equipment for writing in Braille belonging to Braille Printing. There are some of the initiatives that Tuscany Region has presented at the Galileo Museum, made in collaboration with the provincial section of the Italian Union of the Blind and Visually Impaired Persons, to celebrate the International Day of Braille, on February 21st.
At the Galileo Museum an interactive workshop for schools will be realised, dedicated to Louis Braille . The laboratory will be ideally connected to the Braille Printing House.
